Meg McKay

I studied Communication and Design from Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto, Drafting from Ryerson Institute and Digital Imaging from Fanshawe College. I have used those skills to be the Designer for my company PowerFlower Web Design. The website, logos, business cards and brochures, wedding, birthday and party invitations that I have designed have been inspired by everything around me.

I live on a large farm outside St. Marys with my husband, who with his two boys farm many acres of corn, wheat, and beans. We have teenage daughter, Madelaine, who also keeps me busy.

In my spare time I enjoy going on the Harley with my husband, I train for triathlons races, marathons and my new sport Spartan racing.

I also find time to volunteer for our local branch of United Way and the St. Marys Farmers Market throughout the summer!

I find my design ideas in everyday life and I try to adopt them to the web and/or print while I am tackling each project head on.
